State Farm® Insurance Agent Brent Ward

"This review is for state farm, not the brent ward location. I am a customer of 6 years, To raise my rate 30% because other people are getting into more accidents is crazy. Called, spoke with a rep he said its a general 30% increase to your bill, no other explanation. I called a few other state farms locally and the consensus that since so many of there customers are getting into accidents they raised everyone's rates. Seems fair right? The amount of state farm commercial's I see is insane, then to raise a customers rate for 30% for just because? How many of the other 30 million customers that they have did they do this too? Unfortunately will now have to switch providers, "because"."
