"They raised my car insurance 20% arbitrarily, even though I've been a good driver for years with no accidents. When I called to negotiate, they made no attempt whatsoever to accommodate.. It's amazing what you can get away with regulatory capture and a mandatory product. Edit: they raised my insurance rates another 10% six-months later. That's a 30% increase for the whole year."

"I am a returning customer to StateFarm and one of the reasons I did was because my agent Crystal Gollischewski was very easy to work with. She was very patient with me as we tried to bring my home and auto premiums down by changing a few parameters back and forth. She also wasn't pushy to get me on board which I appreciated. Overall, I think StateFarm is reliable and is providing competitive pricing, and I believe I've made the right choice switching over."

"My husband and I are looking to possibly change insurance companies in the near future and I called State Farm.
