"Crystal was very helpful finding us a more affordable alternative to our present insurance situation. Though the coverages are not 100% identical, they get the job done and save us a lot of money as well as bringing peace of mind by adding earthquake coverage. She was diligent in following up when I said I'd be available, even after I flaked on her a couple times by not having information or decisions ready. I did not feel pressured in the least but always felt she was working in my and my family's interest to get us the appropriate and sufficient coverage."

"We'll soon be adding a young driver to our insurance policy, which provided the opportunity to shop around for competitively priced coverage. We had an excellent experience with Ashley Hammond. Ashley was able to tailor our various policies (home, auto, motorcycle, umbrella, etc.) to provide us with an improved level of coverage at what turns out to be a lower overall annual cost than our previous insurer. More importantly though, Ashley spent a lot of time talking through options, trying "what-if" scenarios, and making sure that we were getting the level of coverage that we need.
